Email us
The contact address for everything — bug reports, feedback, privacy questions, and suggestions — is:
Writing to sns.tww@gmail.com reaches the person who maintains the site. There is no support ticket system, no phone line, and no social media inbox we check as reliably as this address.
Reporting a bug
A good bug report lets us reproduce the problem on the first try. Please include:
- Which tool you were using, and the page address if it is not obvious.
- What you entered — the hostname, port, timestamp, or text (please remove anything sensitive first; never send passwords, API keys, or private tokens).
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened, including the exact error message, if any.
- Your browser and operating system — the User Agent tool gives you a copyable string that answers this perfectly.
- When it happened, including your time zone, and whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
- A screenshot, if the problem is visual.
Reports about wrong diagnostic results are especially valuable — if our SSL checker, DNS lookup, or port checker disagrees with a result you can verify another way, tell us both results and the exact host you checked.
Response expectations
NetTools is maintained as a small project, not a staffed support desk, so replies are best-effort rather than guaranteed. In practice we aim to acknowledge bug reports within a few business days, and clear, reproducible reports are usually fixed in the next update after that. Feature requests are read and considered, but we cannot promise timelines, and we may decline ideas that would slow the site down or add accounts, tracking, or bulk-scanning capability. If your message needs a guaranteed response time or hands-on help with your own network, a local IT professional or your hosting provider's support team will serve you better than we can.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this site itself, please email sns.tww@gmail.com with "Security" in the subject line, describe the issue and how to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will credit reporters who ask for it.
What we cannot help with
Please do not ask us to test, scan, or investigate systems you do not own or are not authorised to test — we will not do it, and our tools are deliberately not built for it. We also cannot recover data you processed in a local-only tool: because your input never reaches our servers, there is nothing on our side to retrieve. Finally, we cannot provide individual network administration, remove listings from other services, or intervene with your ISP, registrar, or hosting company on your behalf.
Privacy of your message
Your email is used only to respond to you and to handle the issue you raised. It is not added to a marketing list — there isn't one — and it is never sold or shared. See the Privacy Policy for how the site itself handles data.
